Authors who will submit their works to our journal for the first time can send their works in "format free" format.

JCSC Writing Rules

  • The journal language is English and Turkish. An extended abstract is mandatory for Turkish publications.
  • Articles should be prepared and submitted in MS Word 2016 or later.
  • Articles should be written on 21x29.7 cm (A4) pages with 3 cm margins from the top, bottom, right and left and 0.4 cm for the footer.
  • APA 7 rules should be followed in writing references. Click to access APA7.
  • Download the article template from here and organize your work in accordance with this template.
  • The study should not exceed 6000 words, including the structured extended summary and references.
  • The abstract of the study should be written in two languages ​​and should not exceed 200 words. The abstract should include the purpose, method, findings and conclusions.
  • A maximum of 4 keywords should be used in the study.
    The flow of the study should be as Introduction, Method, Finding, Discussion, Conclusion and Recommendations, References (In Turkish publications, an extended abstract must be placed immediately before the References).
  • The main text should be written in 11 points and single-spaced; Turkish and English summaries, footnotes and references should be written in 9 points and single-spaced; footnotes should be written in 12 pt., single-spaced. The first line of the paragraphs and the second line of the references should be indented 1.25 cm.
  • Helvetica font should be used throughout the study.
  • Table and Figure titles should be placed in 9 points, above the figure and centered.
  • Texts in tables and figures should be set to 8 points.
  • Photographs and figures should be given in appendices instead of in-text unless necessary.
  • Articles that do not comply with the writing standards are rejected directly.
